Telephone Consultations
We offer bulk-billed telephone consultations ONLY to our existing patients who have visited the medical centre in the past 12 months. You can book telephone consultations by ringing our reception staff, or going online. Our doctor will call back at a suitable time on the same day to discuss your symptoms and concerns. They will arrange an appropriate management plan and can follow up with telephone consultation also.
Consultations for Chronic Disease Management Plans, Eating disorders Plans and Mental Health Plans are no longer conducted via telephone consultations. They must be conducted in person.
